2013 - A Year of Divine Rest.

Exodus 33:14 My presence will go with you and give you rest.

Wishing you all a blessed new year 2013. This year has dawned with a new hope in our minds. For all of us who consider ourselves as kingdom people (Gods children) this year will be a year for rest and Gods divine favor.

For all who have been struggling and weary and waiting upon the lord for a breakthrough beloved this is your year. A year where all your sorrow will be turned to joy, all your weariness will be turned to rest, all your discouragement to encouragement and comfort.

The bible very clearly tells us in the book of James 1:7 that all good and perfect gift comes from above, from the Father in heaven. So all goodness and perfection we need will be made available to us only from heaven. Therefore we need to seek God like never before; we need to seek his presence wholeheartedly. 

In exodus 33:14 the lord promises us that his presence will go with us and give us rest. So let us trust God to lead us into all goodness. In the beginning of this year let’s make a serious commitment to live life pleasing to God, to do what he has commanded us to do. Let’s put God as highest priority in our life. Let our living please God. Let us make a serious effort to keep away from sin, for the bible says sin separates us from God.

Dear child God, this year 2013 will surely be one of the best years we had so far, let us be faithful to God, let us co-operate with God to receive our blessings. Let us hold on to the promise is exodus 33:14 and seek God with all our heart and surely we will experience Gods goodness like never before for we belong to a Living God, who is unconditionally faithful to his word.
